RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTIONS

Includes full web based report or Printed PDF within 24 hrs. General Home Inspections are minimally invasive and typically cover from the roof down to the foundation. Yards, decks, porches and patio’s are subject to inspection by request only. Prices vary and are based on square footage and age of dwelling.

HOME HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTION

Health and Safety package includes Hazardous Substance Testing. VOC’s (volatile organic compounds), Indoor Air Quality, Mold, Moisture, Lead, Carbon Monoxide. Some tests are subject to lab results and require a waiting period.

11 MONTH WARRANTY AND HOME MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS

This Inspection covers home owners who want a general check up on their home. These types of Inspections are preventative and address issues that you want to stay ahead off. These inspections are great to have every few years.

MOLD AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY INSPECTIONS

We provide certified Mold Inspections and IAQ indoor air quality sampling.
